The Economic Development Association Scotland (EDAS) is the independent voice of economic development in Scotland. EDAS is the country’s foremost membership driven association for all organisations and individuals with an interest in economic development.
New Start was launched as the UK’s first regeneration magazine in February 1999, since when it has built an enviable reputation for its coverage of the myriad of activities involved in making better places. It is now published as a online magazine and monthly ezine.
The Economic Development Distance Learning Consortium (EDDLC) delivers Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma, and MSc in Local and Regional Economic Development (LRED). Provided by the Universities of Coventry, Dundee and Sheffield Hallam.
